1. Collection of Data The main purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe, customised trading experience. This allows 4tradeit Ltd to provide services and features that would most likely meet your needs, and to customise 4tradeit services to make your experience safer and easier. 4tradeit Ltd only collects personal information about you that 4tradeit Ltd would consider necessary for this purpose and to achieve this goal.
If you choose to bid, buy or sell on 4tradeit, 4tradeit Ltd collects information about your bidding, buying and selling behaviour. 4tradeit Ltd also collects other users' comments about you in the feedback section of 4tradeit.
If you send 4tradeit Ltd personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send 4tradeit Ltd correspondence about your activities or postings 4tradeit, 4tradeit Ltd may collect such information into a file specific to you.
The 4tradeit Ltd registration process requires only a valid e-mail address and a unique user ID and password. Providing 4tradeit Ltd with other information is at your option. Please take note that your user name, e-mail address, or other submissions that you make on 4tradeit may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on 4tradeit. Like many web sites, 4tradeit Ltd may also automatically
receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information.
2. Use of Data 4tradeit Ltd may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on 4tradeit. 4tradeit Ltd may use personal information about you (including but not limited to the information in the file 4tradeit maintains about you, and other information 4tradeit may obtain from your current and past activities on 4tradeit) to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, help ensure safe trading on 4tradeit, and enforce the 4tradeit User Agreement. At times, 4tradeit may look across multiple users to identify problems
or resolve disputes, and in particular
4tradeit may examine your information to identify users using multiple User IDs or aliases. If you choose to list an item for sale on 4tradeit, 4tradeit Ltd may use your address to provide associated support.
You agree that 4tradeit may use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse site usage, to improve the 4tradeit content and product offerings and customise 4tradeit's content, layout, and services. These uses improve the 4tradeit website and better tailor the website to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safer and customised experience
4tradeit will make efforts to ensure your Data will not be provided to third parties unless:
provided for otherwise in this Privacy Policy
4tradeit obtains your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to sharing of Data

Cookies Like many web sites, 4tradeit uses cookies to enhance your user experience, such
as retaining your personal settings. Advertisements may appear on the 4tradeit website and, if so, may set and access cookies on your computer and would be subject to the privacy policy of those parties providing the advertisement.
4. Children 4tradeit does not allow persons who are under the age of eighteen to become members of 4tradeit. For additional information, please

5. Editing or Deleting Your Account
Information 4tradeit provides
you with the ability to edit information in your user account information provided
to 4tradeit during registration, within your 4tradeit personal information page. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting 4tradeit. Content or other data that you may have provided to 4tradeit and that is not contained within your user account, may continue to remain on 4tradeit at the discretion of 4tradeit Ltd even though

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy 4tradeit may make changes to this Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on the Terms and Conditions page
and/or by sending a message to the e-mail address you have provided to 4tradeit that is contained within your user settings.
7. No Guarantees Whilst this Privacy Policy states 4tradeit's commitment for the maintenance of information and 4tradeit will make efforts to meet them, 4tradeit is not in a position
to guarantee these standards. There may be factors beyond 4tradeit's control that may result in disclosure of data. As a consequence, 4tradeit disclaims any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Data.

Overview of Banned and Restricted Items
4tradeit has been
developed primarily for the Bible believing community and the 4tradeit terms and conditions have been developed on this basis. However
the 4tradeit website is available for all persons resident in New Zealand to register and trade on subject to the 4tradeit terms and conditions.
Most items can be listed
and sold on the 4tradeit website e.g. cars, TVs, houses, pets etc ... However,
4tradeit has tight restrictions on listings that broadly fall into any of the
following categories:
- Illegal
under National and/or International law
- Promotion
of beliefs, acts and/or practices not supported/contrary to beliefs, acts
and/or practices within the Bible (reference King James Bible) e.g. occultic
activity and tools, humanistic and secular psychology, sodomy (homosexuality)
etc ...
- Promotion
of religions and/or religious beliefs other than Bible based and or Judaism (reference King James Bible) e.g. Buddhism,
Hinduism, Islam, Atheism, Communism, Humanism, Evolutionism, Socialism etc ...

Imagery and/or text content with less than G rating and/or unacceptable to 4tradeit (refer to Banned and Restricted Books, DVDs, Music, Art etc
...)
- Potential
hygiene or safety hazard/risk
- Promotion
of, or potential aid in illegal or harmful activity
- Potential
for physical or financial injury to another party
The
above criteria is only a broad overview. The list of Banned and Restricted items is
comprehensive.
It

3. Category Definitions
Aboriginal Artifacts
Many artifacts and heritage items are protected under federal laws in Australia. 4tradeit will co-operate with relevant agencies in determining what
items may lawfully be sold. Please follow these general guidelines when listing
related items on 4tradeit. It is also important to remember that artifacts or relics removed from
locations outside of Australia may also be subject to legislation originating in
the country from where the artifact or relic was originally located. It is the
responsibility of the seller to ensure that the artifact or relic that they are
offering for sale can be legally done so and that all permits and protocols
required by the home country have been adhered to.
Adult material and items Adult rated
material and items are banned on 4tradeit. This shall include a) videos, magazines, DVD's and any other material deemed by 4tradeit as inappropriate for the 4tradeit website, b) all adult sex toys, sex implements and/or all other adult sex items.
Agricultural
compounds You must ensure that any agricultural
compound complies with the requirements under the Agricultural Compounds and
veterinary medicines (ACVM) Act. For further information contact the
NZ
Food Safety Authority or phone the ACVM

Air guns (BB and
paintball guns) People over the
age of 18 do not need a firearms license to own an air gun. However those aged
16 and 17 years who wish to own an air gun must hold a firearms license.
Those trading air guns face to face should ensure that they sight the
firearms license or proof of age identification of the person they are trading
with. You may only sell air guns that are already in New Zealand.
Overseas members may not sell firearms on the site.
Alcohol You may not
sell alcohol of any nature on the site. The NZ Sale of liquor Act 1989
states that the sale of liquor to the public or any member of the public
requires a license.
Anti biblical content and items You may not sell any item on 4tradeit that states or conveys any message or imagery that could be perceived as anti biblical and/or
harmful in any way to any bible believing group or organisation.

Animal materials You may not
sell any endangered species, protected wildlife, sports fish, game or unwanted
animals (e.g.. ferrets). It is your responsibility to make sure you are not
selling these items. If in doubt contact the NZ Department of
Conservation.
You may not
sell snails, whales, sharks, dolphins, seals, sea lions or indigenous birds (or
parts thereof). If you want to sell
fish contact the NZ Ministry of
Fisheries for more
information.
Animal traps You may only sell animal traps that are
not hard-jawed leg-hold traps.
Antiquities The sale and
export of NZ artifacts and antiquities is covered by the Antiquities Act 1975.
To remove an antiquity from New Zealand, the owner must obtain
permission from the Ministry for Culture and Heritage. It is an offence to sell
New
Zealand artifacts to people other than
registered collectors, public museums and licensed dealers. For further

Art
4tradeit encourages the lawful sale of art on our website. Please refer below to the Code of Conduct to ensure safe trading: This Code of Conduct is considered "general trade practice" within the organised art community. It
does not supplant or replace 4tradeit's
general seller policies, but rather, supplements those policies. Sellers are
encouraged to abide by these guidelines when selling works of art on 4tradeit:

I agree not to knowingly sell, exhibit, trade, produce, or advertise any
unauthorised copy or reproduction of any work of art.

I agree that a reproduction (in the form of a poster, print, or exact replica
painting) is authorised only if it does not violate any applicable laws,
copyrights, or trademarks.

I agree to the following conditions when listing
an exact replica painting:

The words "Reproduction" or "Repro" are included in the title.

The item description clearly states that the work is a
reproduction.

I agree that I may include the artist's name in the title of the listing
only when listing a work by the artist him/herself or an exact
replica of the artist's work. I may not include the artist's name
when listing a work done "in the style of" an artist.

I agree not to disclaim knowledge of, or responsibility for, the authenticity
or legality of an item that I describe as genuine. I further agree not to
describe or market any item as genuine if I cannot provide reasonable evidence
to prove its authenticity.

I agree to fully disclose any information concerning alterations,
conservation, or repairs performed on the work of art in a clear and prominent
manner within the item description.

I agree not to knowingly participate in any way in the advertisement or sale
of any work of art using any deceptive practices, including, but not limited to,
false or misleading claims of the item's scarcity, value, provenance, condition
or investment potential.

I agree to abide by all laws relating to the sale of works of art and to
assist in the prosecution of violators of the law in this respect
In addition, all Artworks listed for sale on the 4tradeit website shall not display the following content and/or subject matter:
- nudity and/or pornography
- sexual activity
- alcohol and/or drugs
- religious themes (other than positive portrayal of bible believing community and/or Judaism)
- explicit violence

Backup or copied software, CDRs or DVDRs You are not permitted to list CDRs, DVDRs,
or other forms of recordable media unless they are blank. This policy includes
but is not limited to copies of software programs, video games, music albums,
movies, electronic books, television programs or images.
Bike
helmets You may only
list a bike helmet if it is certified to a standard approved by Land Transport
New Zealand. Your helmet should have a sticker
inside it stating which standard it complies with. For more information please

Books and Magazines
You may list/sell Books, Content, Magazines and or other Media on 4tradeit that:
- Is Biblical and/or Judaic in content, commentary and/or perspective
- Agrees/is not in conflict with Biblical and/or Judaic ideals, standards and/or beliefs
- 4tradeit considers wholesome and is not in conflict with no 2., such as subjects on Cuisine, some types of sports, children's books, history, geography, some forms of music
You may not list/sell Books, Magazines and or other Media on 4tradeit that contains (in part or full) any of the following content (except where commentary is made from a Biblical perspective):
- Horoscopes and fortune-telling
- Magic
- Witches, wizards, fairies, goblins, ghosts ...
- Spells and magic potions
- Tattoos
- Occult
- Evolutionism
- Eastern sports e.g. karate, yoga, tai chi, kick boxing ...
- New age e.g. astral travel, rebirthing, meditation, mysticism ...
- Eastern and/or other belief systems e.g. Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Atheism, Communism, humanism ...

Businesses for sale All businesses
listed on 4tradeit must be sold as a going concern. You may not sell or promote new franchises or opportunities. You may not list for sale any business that is related to, or has any connection to the sex, gambling, occultism, drugs, and/or alcohol industries.
Clothing, Used
Used clothing (except underwear, swim-wear and certain athletic garments) may
be listed on 4tradeit as long as the clothing has been thoroughly cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions. Listings that contain inappropriate
descriptions or images will be ended.
CCTV footage To ensure
compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, you may not sell CCTV footage.

Child
restraints Child
restraints must meet approved standards and be less than 10 years old. Child
restraints certified for use in New Zealand will show an 'S' mark
(New Zealand Standard NZS 1754), or a tick mark (Australian Standard AS 1754),
or an 'E' mark (European Standard ECE 44). Read more about

Coins
4tradeit does not permit the sale of coins or paper money that are fraudulent or improperly described. Sellers who knowingly fail to disclose information about
the authenticity of coins or paper money, alterations to coins or paper money,
or other information that might have a material impact on the coin or paper
money value may be reported to the authorities.
Contracts & Tickets
Before listing an item on 4tradeit, you should carefully read any contracts that you have entered into that may limit your right to sell your item
on 4tradeit. Some items, such as airline tickets, have terms printed on the item that may limit your ability to sell that item. In other cases, such as when you
are distributing a company's products, you may have signed a separate contract
with them. 4tradeit does not search for items that may raise these types of issues, nor can it review copies of private contracts, or adjudicate or take sides in private
contract disputes. However, we want you to be aware that listing items in
violation of your contractual obligations could put you at risk with third
parties. 4tradeit therefore urges that you not list any item until you have reviewed any relevant contracts or agreements, and are confident you can legally sell it
on 4tradeit.
Copyrighted items
and content You must not
sell items or include content which breaches any copyright or other intellectual
property rights. This includes replicas and look-alike's. As a seller it is your
responsibility to ensure the items you sell and the content of your listing are
not in breach of any intellectual property rights as applicable to
New Zealand. Read more about NZ copyright law.
Cosmetics, used
Used cosmetics are not permitted for sale on 4tradeit.

Counterfeit Currency Stamps
The sale of counterfeit currency and stamps, and equipment designed to make
these items violates New Zealand law, and is strictly forbidden on 4tradeit. 4tradeit strongly supports law enforcement efforts to recover counterfeit items listed on our web site, and urges the prosecution of those responsible for
knowingly attempting to sell such items on 4tradeit. These laws ban not only counterfeit paper money, but also counterfeit coins, bank notes, bonds, money
orders and other securities. New Zealand law also protects foreign currency and
stamps from counterfeiters. Therefore, these counterfeit items may not be listed
on 4tradeit.
Credit Cards
4tradeit does not permit the listing of credit or debit cards. This includes inactive credit or debit cards. Whilst 4tradeit appreciates the collectable value of such cards, in New Zealand these cards remain the property of
the issuer and even though it may be in your possession, you do not have title
to sell.
Drugs & Drug equipment
Narcotics, steroids or other controlled substances may not be listed on 4tradeit. Drug paraphernalia may not be listed on 4tradeit. Such paraphernalia includes all
items that are primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing,
concealing or using a controlled substance. The sale of prohibited drugs and drug paraphernalia is strictly forbidden on
4tradeit, and violates New Zealand and international law. 4tradeit strongly supports law enforcement and urges the prosecution of those responsible for knowingly
attempting to sell such items on 4tradeit.
Drug like substances
4tradeit prohibits sellers from describing legal substances, such as plants or herbs, in a manner that suggests ingesting, inhaling, extracting or otherwise
using any substance or compound from the legal substance that will provide the
same effect as an illegal drug, compound or substance or that will provide
unsubstantiated health benefits
DVD's, Video's, Music
You may list/sell the following DVD's, Video's or Music on 4tradeit:
- Biblical and/or Judaic in content, commentary and/or perspective
- Agrees/is not in conflict with Biblical and/or Judaic ideals, standards and/or beliefs
- Content 4tradeit considers wholesome and is not in conflict with no 2., such as subjects such as Cuisine, some types of sports, content for children, history, geography
- Christian music (at the discretion of the 4tradeit team)
- Instrumental and Classical music e.g. orchestral, opera, jazz and ballet

eBooks and downloadable media You may not sell eBooks. We classify an electronic
book (eBook) to be any book or information in digital format that you can access
using a software program. This includes but is not limited to:
- Copies, software or
programs where the buyer downloads or has access to download from a website.
- Music and video
files that you can deliver through file sharing software.
- Downloadable or
electronically delivered eBooks.
- The sale of a URL
or web address where a member can download or obtain free copies of information.
- ebooks or other
information sourced from the Internet produced in a printed version that is sold
outside distribution or copyright laws.
- Electronic invites,
including gmail and similar items.
- Any media delivered
on CDRs or in a downloadable format.
Electronic Surveillance Equipment
4tradeit does not permit the sale of products that are designed primarily to record the private oral, wire, or electronic conversations of others without
their knowledge or permission. These items (for example, small, easily hidden
transmitting devices such as telephone "bugs", "wiretap" devices, "miniature
transmitters", and "surveillance microphones") are illegal to possess or sell
under the Crimes Act and their use also violates the law in many
countries.
Event Tickets
Generally, 4tradeit permits the resale of tickets. However, the resale of tickets to events (including sporting contests, music concerts and plays) and airline
tickets can often be regulated by the ticket issuer. As a ticket seller, you are
responsible for ensuring that your particular transaction does not violate any
applicable law or the terms of the ticket itself. Therefore, prior to buying or
selling these types of items members should contact the ticket issuer and ensure
the resale is permitted.
Firearms You may only
list "A" category firearms, in sporting configuration, as defined by the Arms
Act 1983. You are not permitted to sell firearms that require additional license
endorsements to purchase. Those trading firearms or ammunition face to
face should ensure that they sight the firearms license of the buyer.
Those trading firearms remotely should ensure that they sight a written
order, signed by a Police officer, stating that they have inspected the
purchaser's firearms license. A standard letter is available at any police
station. You may only sell firearms that are already in
New
Zealand.

Fireworks You may not list fireworks for sale on
the site.
Food All food sold on the site must be produced in a
registered premise or under an approved food safety programme or registered risk
management programme. It must also comply with New Zealand food
labeling and standards requirements. Visit the New Zealand Food

Frequent flyer
points You may not sell frequent flyer points on the site. Most frequent
flyer reward schemes do not allow the transferring of points between members.
Government and Transit Documents
You may not sell any article of clothing or identification relating to transportation security
or employment with an transportation related industry, including but not limited
to, articles of commercial airline pilot's uniforms, steward or stewardess
uniforms, baggage or airport service uniforms, mass transit train or subway
related uniforms. Vintage commercial airline clothing, such as ties, scarves,
jackets and similar items, may be sold so long as the item description clearly
states that the item is at least 10 years old, is no longer in use by the
airline and does not resemble any piece of the airline's current uniform.
You may not sell any official internal, non-public documents, manuals or other materials
related to mass commercial public transportation, including internal manuals
published by commercial airlines, or entities operating subways, trains or
buses .
Government Id's and Licenses
Government IDs and licenses, or items that claim to be, or that look similar
to, government identification documents are not permitted on 4tradeit.
Hang gliders and Para gliders Gliders must have a new Warrant of Fitness before they are sold.

Human
bodies or body parts You may not list a human body or body parts for sale
on the site. This includes such items as sperm, eggs, excrement, and bone.

Hazardous Materials
Hazardous or dangerous goods are items that may pose a danger to health, safety, or property while being transported, such as explosives, radioactive materials, flammable gases and solids and toxic substances. Many hazardous goods cannot be posted through the mail or commercial carriers at all. Such items are not allowed on 4tradeit.
Importation of Goods
If you are importing goods into one country from another, either by selling or
buying items listed on 4tradeit, you are responsible for ensuring that the importation of that type of product complies with applicable national and local
laws. These laws often are complex, and issues will vary depending upon exactly
what item is involved and the countries in which the buyer and seller reside
International Trading
4tradeit insists that listings and transactions comply with the laws of the countries where both the seller and the high bidder reside. Members are
responsible for ensuring that their transactions are lawful in both countries. 4tradeit strongly suggests that members educate themselves about the laws of their own country and the countries where they plan to do business.
Jewellery
You may list/sell Jewellery on 4tradeit that falls into any of the classification areas specifically listed under 'Jewellery' in the 4tradeit listing categories.
You may not list/sell Jewellery on 4tradeit that falls into any of the following areas:
- Dragons
- Occultic symbols
- Anklets
- Body Piercing i.e. navel, tongue, nose ...
- Neck straps i.e. studded neck belt
- S & M
- Anti Biblical believing community and/or anti Semitic
- Derogatory to any person or group

Lock-picking Devices
4tradeit does not permit the listing of any lock-picking or lock-smithing device.

Lottery
and raffle tickets You may not list lottery or raffle tickets for sale.
Made to order items You may list items that are 'made to
order' in the following circumstances:
- The goods will be
shipped within one week of the auction's close.
- The auction is for
a specific item, where the winning bidder may choose one simple thing such as
colour or size.
- The winning bidder
does not have to supply additional information, such as a photo, in order for
the item to be made.
Mailing Lists
4tradeit does not permit the sale of bulk email, Internet Protocol (IP), Instant Messenger (IM), or mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers,
or other personal identifying information are not permitted. Any tools or
software designed predominantly to send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam")
will not be permitted.
Medical Devices
For the health and safety of 4tradeit users, 4tradeit requires sellers of used medical devices (for example, thermometers and breast pumps) to comply with each

instructions that were provided by the manufacturer with the original product.
Medical devices that do not come with the box, label(s) and a complete set of
manufacturer's instructions may not be listed on 4tradeit.
- Sellers must clearly inform potential bidders, in the item description, if
the device has been opened or used.
In addition, users should review the product manufacturer's website before
listing or bidding on any used medical device to obtain the latest information
about any health or safety issues relating to that product.
Medicine and
supplements You may not
sell medicine or supplements intended for human use. Items deemed to be medicine
or supplements will be removed at 4tradeit's sole discretion.

Menacing dogs You may not list menacing dog breeds for sale on
the site. These dogs breed include:

Movies and
games You may only
list classifiable movies and games for sale if they carry the correct New
Zealand classification sticker. When listing
these items for sale, you must include the New Zealand classification rating and all information on the classification
label.
The sale of these publications is covered by the Films, Videos and
Publications Classification Act 1993.

Muti Level Marketing & Pyramid schemes
The listing and advertising of multi-level marketing programs (including online
payment randomisers), matrix, pyramid, Ponzi schemes, and all similar programs
are not permitted on 4tradeit. Such programs are often regulated or illegal.
Nazi
memorabilia You may not list Nazi memorabilia for sale on the site. It is
at 4tradeit's discretion what is considered to be Nazi memorabilia.
We
generally allow the sale of German coins and postage stamps and educational
books about WWII or Nazi Germany.
Offensive Materials
Sellers may not list items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial
or religious intolerance, or items that promote organisations with such
views.

Offensive weapons You may
not sell weapons where they are purely intended for attack purposes. This
includes but is not limited to: flick knives, butterfly knives, ninja stars,
knuckle dusters.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
software You may only sell Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software
on 4tradeit if it is sold with a computer.
Pets and
animals Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, horses and ponies, may not be
auctioned. These animals must be listed in their correct category as a
classified ad. This is to prevent the seller from being obliged to sell the
animal to an unsuitable home. You are able to include your contact phone number
in the listing.

Plants You
may not sell plants that are listed on The National Pest Plant Accord. This list
can be found at Protect New
Zealand.
Police Related Items
With limited exceptions (partially listed below), 4tradeit does not permit the listing of law enforcement or emergency services uniforms, badges or equipment
from any public entity, including badges issued by the government of any
country. This prohibition extends to police badges and official equipment from
law enforcement agencies of New
Zealand & Australia.
Postage Meters
Postage meters are not permitted on 4tradeit
Product Safety Standards
Ensure the following items comply with their applicable product safety standards before they are listed on 4tradeit:

Protected
New
Zealand objects
Under the Protected Objects Act 1975 (previously the Antiquities Act), it is an
offence to sell taonga tuturu (Maori cultural objects) to people other than
registered collectors, public museums and licensed dealers. The Act also
regulates the export of protected New Zealand objects and you must obtain
permission from the NZ Ministry for Culture & Heritage to export such objects.

or chemical) or related equipment on the site. This includes such items as dance

Services and Products You may not sell services or products relating to sex, massage, alcohol, yoga, 'new age' and/or any other service or product deemed by 4tradeit as inappropriate for
the 4tradeit website.
Software that
interfaces with the 4tradeit website You may not list software that
technically interfaces with the 4tradeit website. This includes but is not limited to things such as auto-relisters.
Stamps
4tradeit does not permit the sale of stamps that are fraudulent or improperly described. Sellers who knowingly fail to disclose information about the
authenticity of a stamp, alterations to the stamp, or other information that
might have a material impact on the stamp's value may be reported to the
New Zealand Authorities.
Stocks & Securities
The sale of stock or other securities is not permitted on 4tradeit.
Stolen Property
4tradeit strictly forbids the sale of stolen property. 4tradeit strongly supports law enforcement efforts to recover stolen property that is listed on its Web site,
and urges the prosecution of those who knowingly attempt to sell such items on
4tradeit.
Tobacco You may not
sell tobacco on the site. The advertisement and sale of tobacco based products
contravenes the New Zealand Smoke-Free Environment Act of 1990.

for NZ Emergency services You may not sell uniforms or accessories for
New Zealand 111 Emergency services. This includes police, fire and ambulance
uniforms.
VCDs You may not list VCDs for sale on the site. We
understand that the majority of VCDs are pirated. We have a blanket 'no sale'
policy of these items.
Veterinary medicines You cannot sell
Prescription Animal Remedies (PAR) or veterinary only medicines.
Wholesale lists You may not sell wholesale lists or place
listings that are used to solely promote the purchase of items through other
